Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Catalyst Agent Solutions when you use our website and client portal. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for that company. If anything here doesn't work for your situation, write to us at hello@catalystagents.com before you subscribe. We'd rather sort it out up front.
What we do
We build, deploy, and support AI agents that do real work for your business. You tell us about your workflows during onboarding, we configure an agent around them, and you manage everything from the client portal: which tools the agent can reach, what it's allowed to do with them, and which actions have to wait for your approval.
Every agent goes through our internal quality review before it goes live. We won't flip the switch on something we haven't checked.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You can invite teammates and set their roles; what they do in the portal is on your account, so pick your admins carefully. If you think someone has gotten into your account, tell us right away and change your password.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. Card details go straight to Stripe; they never touch our servers. You can update your payment method and see invoices any time from the billing page.
You can cancel whenever you want and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial months. If we ever change a price, you'll hear from us before it affects you.
Connected accounts and agent actions
The whole point of the product is that your agent can act inside tools you already use. You choose what to connect, and you choose what the agent may do with each connection. A few things to be clear about:
You need the right to connect an account. Don't hook up your employer's CRM or a client's mailbox unless you're actually allowed to.
Agents act on your instructions and within the permissions you set. Actions you've marked as sensitive wait for your explicit approval. Everything the agent does is recorded in your audit log.
You can pull a connection from a single agent, or revoke it entirely, whenever you like. Revoking deletes the stored access token.
What you can't do
Don't use the service for anything illegal, don't try to break or probe our security, don't use agents to spam people, and don't resell access to the platform without a written agreement with us. We can suspend accounts that put other clients or the service at risk, and we'll tell you why if we do.
Your data and ours
Your data stays yours: your files, your connected accounts, your business information, your agent's output. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service for you. Our software, site, and the configurations we build remain ours; you get to use them for your business for as long as you're subscribed.
Honest limits
AI agents are good, not perfect. They can misread a document or draft something you'd phrase differently, which is exactly why approvals and audit logs exist. Review what your agent produces, especially early on. We provide the service as-is and can't promise specific business results, and no one on our team can promise you the software will never have a bug or an outage.
If something goes wrong and we're liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.
Ending things
You can close your account whenever you like. We can end the agreement too, with notice, if the terms are being broken or we discontinue the service. After the account closes you have 30 days to ask us for an export of your data; after that we delete it, except what we're required to keep.
Changes and the boring parts
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands.
